TrackRRM with Streamax

We’re happy to announce that you can now use TrackRRM to receive data seamlessly from Streamax CEIBA for mDVR devices.

Streamax only supports sending email notifications, so we’ve put together a parser to capture emails and convert them to incidents for you.

Using TrackRRM, you will be able to;

• Setup a unique web hook to receive data in HTML format
• Data map your notification template
• And, configure a notification on Streamax to send data to your hook.

That’s it!

You’ll start receiving your notifications as incidents.
